Rankerd is a test tool for tutors and coaching centers. Our public site focuses on Singapore and Malaysia. Tutors use Rankerd to make draft MCQ tests from class material. They review the questions, share student links, view ranked results, and prepare parent reports.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the data needed to run and protect Rankerd. This includes:
- Account data, such as tutor name, email, center name, login details, plan status, and support messages.
- Student names or labels added by tutors. This can include answers, scores, time stamps, completion state, and attempt records.
- Uploaded notes, worksheet images, textbook photos, or other teaching material. Rankerd uses this material to prepare draft questions for tutor review.
- Parent report links and report content made from assessment results.
- Technical data, such as browser type, device details, logs, IP address, security events, and usage records.
3. How We Use Data
We use this information to run Rankerd. We create and store tests. We support tutor review. We send student links, calculate results, prepare parent reports, answer support requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, protect accounts, and manage plans.
4. Payments
Payment firms handle billing. Rankerd does not store full card numbers. We may receive payment status, plan details, invoices, receipts, customer IDs, and limited billing data. We use this to turn plans on, manage renewals, and answer billing questions.
5. Student and Parent Data
Tutors choose which student names, classes, and parent reports they create in Rankerd. Tutors are responsible for student and parent consent. This applies before they add student data, share attempt links, upload student work, or send parent report links.
6. Sharing and Vendors
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with vendors that help us host Rankerd, store files, process payments, send messages, run analytics, provide support, detect abuse, or keep the service secure. They may only use the data to provide those services.

We use safeguards to protect account, test, upload, and report data. No online service is fully secure. Tutors should use strong passwords, limit dashboard access, and avoid uploading personal data they do not need.
8. How Long We Keep Data
We keep account, test, upload, report, billing, support, and log data for as long as needed. We use it to provide Rankerd, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and keep business records. Tutors may ask us to delete or correct account data. Some records may need to stay for legal, security, billing, or backup reasons.
