1. Service Description
Rankerd is an assessment platform for tutors and coaching centers. Our public site focuses on Singapore and Malaysia. The service helps tutors create draft MCQ tests from teaching material. Tutors can review questions, publish tests, share browser links, view ranked results, find weak topics, and prepare parent reports.
2. Tutor Accounts
You must keep your login details secure. You control who can access your dashboard. You must make sure the data you add is accurate, lawful, and suitable for your students and parents. You are responsible for activity under your account unless Rankerd caused the issue.
3. AI Drafts Need Tutor Review
You are responsible for accuracy, syllabus fit, age fit, copyright, and the final decision to publish. Rankerd does not promise that drafts are error-free or suitable for a specific exam, school, or syllabus.
4. Student Links
Rankerd student links let students open tests in a browser. Tutors must send links to the right students, supervise use where needed, and make sure student names or IDs are added with proper consent.
5. Parent Reports
Parent reports are created from test data. They help tutors explain progress. Tutors decide what to share, check the report before sharing, and get any needed consent from students, parents, guardians, schools, or centers.
6. Plans and Payments
Paid plans, trials, renewals, limits, invoices, taxes, and cancellations may be handled by a third-party payment provider. If you subscribe, you approve recurring charges until you cancel. Unless checkout says otherwise, or the law requires it, paid fees are not refundable. Plan limits and features may differ by tier.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use Rankerd to break the law, infringe copyright, upload harmful files, attack systems, scrape the service, reverse engineer it, misstate results, send spam, publish harmful content, or process student data without authority. We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect users, students, parents, Rankerd, or legal compliance.
8. No Exam Result Promise
Rankerd provides test workflow tools and progress signals. We do not guarantee admission, grades, marks, exam results, scholarships, or any specific student improvement.
9. Updates and Changes
We aim to keep Rankerd reliable. The service may still be unavailable during maintenance, updates, outages, provider issues, or events outside our control. We may update features, prices, limits, or these terms as Rankerd changes.
10. Limits on Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rankerd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. We are also not liable for teaching, parent communication, academic, or business decisions made from use of the service. For any claim about the service, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Rankerd in the three months before the event.
